Delivery Information

We will endeavor to dispatch your order within 48 hours of placing your order – subject to payment and stock availability.

All deliveries within New Zealand are sent using Courier Post NZ. International orders are sent via EMS International Courier.

You will need to allow two working days for delivery in the North Island and three working days in the South Island. International delivery time varies depending on the country but usually takes between 3-10 working days.

Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature – so bear this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work).

Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Items being sold online should be available in stock, but if an item has just sold out we will notify you of this and inform you by email of the delivery time (this can take up to 8 weeks if it has to be re-ordered and made especially for you.)

We are not liable for damage incurred to goods in transit or for non-delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
